WHAT IS BODYATTACK?

BODYATTACK® is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater to the Health Seeker, Step Up, and Athlete. We combine athletic movements, like running, lunging, and jumping, with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

A fabulous LES MILLS® instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through a whole-body workout. It will challenge your limits, leaving you with a sense of achievement. Be ready to keep coming back for more.

WHAT IS BODYCOMBAT?

BODYCOMBAT® is a high energy, fun martial arts-inspired workout. You’ll learn how to safely punch, kick and strike your way to new levels of fitness and strength.

This non-contact workout requires no experience. Our instructors will safely teach you techniques inspired by Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

Leave your inhibitions at the door and bring some attitude.

Before you know it, you’ll be releasing stress, having a blast, and feeling like a champion.

WHAT IS BODYBALANCE

BODYBALANCE® is a new yoga class for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of movements and motion, set to music, that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

Every BODYBALANCE class blends elements of Tai Chi, Pilates, and yoga to strengthen your entire body through safe and simple movements.

The variety offered in a BODYBALANCE class makes it appealing to people already doing some form of yoga. And if you haven’t tried yoga before, it’s a great introduction that complements all forms of exercise!

BODYPUMP® is the original barbell class for absolutely everyone. Instructors will show you all the moves and techniques to make your first class safe, fun and give you strength for everyday life.

WHAT IS CORE?

CORE activates a key ingredient for a healthier body - your core. A stronger core makes you better at everything you do - it’s the glue that supports many different areas of your body.

Every move in COREX has options, so it’s challenging, but achievable for your own level of fitness. Trained instructors will guide your technique as you work with resistance tubes, weight plates and body weight exercises, like crunches and hovers. We know your core is more than just your abdominals. So each workout is designed to strengthen your hips, butt, and lower back too.

Every CORE class emphasizes great technique and awareness, so you learn about your body and make it stronger.

WHAT IS LES MILLS GRIT?

LES MILLS GRIT® is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed with short rounds of high-intensity exercise followed by periods of strategic recovery. The secret to ultimate results is not adding more workouts to your routine, but increasing their intensity. We recommend two HITT workouts a week as part of a balanced training plan.

+ Les Mills RPM®

WHAT IS RPM?

RPM® is an indoor cycling class set to the rhythm of motivating music. It burns plenty of calories, but more importantly, gets you fit.

Based on the sport of cycle racing, RPM uses a series of simulated climbs and sprints to create a workout where you control the intensity - it’s literally easier than riding a bike.

Instructors will show you the all the basic cycling moves like standing up, sitting down, changing hand positions, speeding up and slowing down. You control your own resistance levels and sprint speed, so you can build your training level up over time.

An RPM class will leave you with a sense of accomplishment and a feeling of euphoria.
