Membership & Community Experience Operator

Creates a positive member and community experience over the phone. Understands and is willing and able to project the Y mission and values while navigating all member and experience needs over the phone. Navigates, solves and directs all callers so their experience is positive, their time is well spent and they hang up the phone with an understanding and a satisfactory experience. Assists all departments as a Y Advocate and will effectively communicate the opportunities available to our callers from their Y. Afterschool Site Director

Our cause-driven leader will uphold the values of the YMCA and keep our Y promise to strengthen our community by helping all children reach their full potential. Our Afterschool Site Director is responsible to build relationships with our families, youth, school and community partners, in addition to plan, organize, implement, coordinate, and navigate services of our Y Afterschool program, exercising independent judgment and decision-making authority as delegated, including safety, program quality and innovation, budget responsibilities, policies, procedures, and staff supervision. Afterschool Counselor

Under the guidance of the Site Director, the Afterschool counselor will assist with the implementation of the Afterschool program. The counselors are responsible for helping maintain a safe, clean Afterschool program site and provide a quality experience to children and parents focused on YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. The Greater Naples YMCA seeks experienced professionals to fill early childhood teaching positions at the Gaynor Early Learning Center & NCEF Early Childhood Development Center in Naples, FL. Food Program Coordinator

Under the direction and supervision of the Finance Department and Operations and in harmony with the Christian nature and purposes, and the established policies, goals and objectives of the YMCA, the Food Service Coordinator shall be responsible for coordinating food ordering, delivery to child care sites and overall organization of food organization at the Y and food preparation for the Child Care meals and afternoon snack.
