Synchronized Swim Team


The Y'S synchronized swim team combines swim, gymnastics, and dance. Our introductory program introduces youth to synchronized swimming through techniques, drills, and partner/group work.

Students must have basic swimming knowledge for safety, including being able to swim 50 yards, comfortably submerge and stay upside down in deep water, and tread water for at least 2 minutes.

Adult and Youth programs available!

Offered at the North Campus (Naples YMCA)
