TRAINING TEENS FOR JOBS
Teaching Our Future the Skills They Need to Succeed Today
Training Teens for Jobs gives teens a skill set and teaches them why work ethic, responsibility, initiative and discipline are important to the job search process.
This program builds confidence in teens by familiarizing them with the interview process. We discuss the questions that are asked, the answers the employer is looking for, how to dress and present yourself appropriately, and what you need to do to be prepared for the process.
Training Teens for Jobs delivers job prep workshops for teens and young adults given from the employer’s perspective. We know what employers are looking for and how to make teens stand out in today’s competitive market.
