An affordable, fun way for members to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise at a great price – all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic!

BUILT-IN SUPPORT! Small Group Training gives you the built-in support and expertise of a personal trainer, plus a team environment to hold you accountable and keep you motivated. SGT will have a minimum of 3 people and maximum of 5 people per group. Individuals must have similar fitness goals among the group. Training together in a group with similar goals has proven to be HIGHLY effective and fun!

SGT will take place in our Boutique Wellness Studio (Second Floor).


NEW YEAR, NEW YOU SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Session begins February 18th and ends May 10th (Twelve weeks)

Crush your fitness-related New Year's resolutions with this 12-week, 3-days-a-week small group training program. Grab a friend or two and keep each other accountable. Stay fit AND lose weight from Valentines Day to Easter!

We are offering specialized, small group personal training with the best Personals Trainers in town. The groups will meet THREE times a week!

  • There must be AT LEAST 3 participants signed up to hold the group.
  • Registration ends February 15th. Do not miss the sign up dates, sign up today!
  • Package fees (3x/week for 12 weeks) is $449. That's a little less than $13 per session for personal training!

We measure your initial fitness level, share information about fitness and nutrition, support you with weekly training sessions, and encourage you throughout the process. Meet new people, stay motivated and crush your New Year's resolutions!
