Small Group Training (SGT)

An affordable, fun way for members to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise at a great price – all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic!

BUILT-IN SUPPORT! Small Group Training gives you the built-in support and expertise of a personal trainer, plus a team environment to hold you accountable and keep you motivated. SGT will have a minimum of 3 people and maximum of 5 people per group. Individuals must have similar fitness goals among the group. Training together in a group with similar goals has proven to be HIGHLY effective and fun!

SGT will take place in our new Boutique Wellness Studio.

Summer session begins May 14th and ends August 3rd

Grab a friend or 2- keep each other accountable all summer! We are offering specialized, small group personal training with the best Personals Trainers in town. The groups will meet twice a week!

  • 3 or more participants signed up to hold the group sessions.
  • Registration ends May 9th. Sign up today!
  • Session Fees (2x/week for 12 weeks): $449. That is a little less than $20 session for personal training!

POWERLIFTING

POWERLIFTING

Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. As in the sport of Olympic weightlifting, it involves the athlete attempting a maximal weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates.

POWER UP YOUR GOLF GAME

This SGT is designed to help increase club head speed, improve hip and shoulder mobility, build core strength and balance for a more consistent stabilized swing. Using specific golf assessments tools, physical strengths and weaknesses can be addressed while helping eliminate the possible injuries that can raise scores or even worse, keep you out of the game!
