Did you know that the Y offers Small Group Personal Training packages that cost less than $15 per workout? 3 to 5 people train three times per week with a personal trainer, in workouts that helps you get in shape, lose weight and adopt healthy eating and exercise habits. We’ll support you every step of the way. We measure your initial fitness level, share information about fitness and nutrition, support you with weekly training sessions, and encourage you throughout the process.

Grab 2 or more friends and set up sessions with our Healthy Living Director. Small Group Personal Training is open to both members & guests.
