Rafael Paula is a lifelong athlete and personal trainer with a passion for human optimization and increasing the vitality of his clients. He has trained in a variety of athletic mediums including distance running, capoeira, kettle bells and yoga, which have contributed to his diverse and engaging style of training. “From a very young age, I’ve had a strong competitive drive and an awareness of the healing potential, both physical and psychological, that consistent exercise can have.” Rafael participated in track, swimming, karate, and other types of martial arts and enjoys incorporating aspects of these sports into his diverse style of training.
