Rita Morgano began her fitness journey in 2010. After moving from New York to Connecticut, Rita started taking classes and working with a personal trainer. She was amazed to see how much she had grown and began to feel more confident about herself and everything she was capable of doing. Rita loved the way she felt and this motivated Rita to help other people feel that way.
In 2012 she started teaching group fitness classes such as Bootcamp, TRX, Zumba, and Strength Training at the Y in Wilton, CT. “Watching clients work to achieve their goals is downright motivating, sometimes they can be big goals but it’s also those smaller unexpected wins that mean so much, like being able to carry all of the groceries in or going for a hike with all your family and keeping up with everyone.” Rita has recently moved to Naples and is excited to share her experience and knowledge in order to help more people reach their fitness goals.
