Along with a large selection of group exercise classes included in your membership, the Y also offers fee-based premium classes. These classes are designed to push you to new levels in your fitness routine. Each class provides a constantly varied, functional workout with a high level of intensity designed to help you exceed your potential, no matter your current level of fitness.

BUTI YOGA

Start your transformation! Buti Yoga is a calorie-scorching workout that fuses power yoga with cardio intensive tribal dance + body sculpting movement. Created by celebrity trainer, Bizzie Gold, Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. (Our Buti Yoga classes are reserved for women only.)

BOXING STRATEGY

The perfect one-two punch! This class goes beyond covering the basics. It is an advanced, trainer recommended-only kickboxing and sparring class. It’s a high intensity class stressing conditioning and boxing technique. Members incorporate traditional boxing apparatus (jump rope, body-shield work, speed bag, heavy bag, and focus mitts) into the workout.

Fridays at 5:30 pm in the Functional Fitness room with Trainer Danny Santiago.

Participants must sign waiver (download below). Headgear required.
