Water fitness classes are the refreshing and cool way to get fit. These classes are a great way for members to gain muscle conditioning and cardiovascular endurance without putting stress on the joints.
We offer a variety of water exercise programs for all fitness levels and you don’t have to be a swimmer to participate! Classes include Aqua Boot Camp, Deep Water, Yoga Infused Water Aerobics and more. These classes are free with a membership.
