Free fitness classes just for members! We offer a jam packed fitness schedule full of classes that will energize your spirit, mind and body.

INDEX OF CURRENT CLASSES
Aerobics – Traditional fitness dance type class that keeps feet on the floor and impact to a minimum. The focus is on cardiovascular work followed by strength / toning work.
Aerobics Intervals – Traditional aerobics with bouts of strength work intermixed.
AIM (Adults in Motion) Cardio – Fun and fitness combined to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Strength work is alternated with non-impact aerobics choreography. Senior-focused class.
AIM (Adults in Motion) Pilates - A combination of breathing exercises and movement to strengthen and restore the body.
AIM (Adults In Motion) Yoga - Complete series of seated and standing yoga poses geared toward older adults or anyone having difficulty getting up and down from the floor. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Senior-focused class.
AIM (Adults In Motion) Strength - Designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills in older, active adults. A chair is provided for support. Senior-focused class.
AMRAP – (As Many Rounds As Possible) - It’s an all-out workout pushing your limits to do as many sets and reps as you can. If you think you’re hard core, take it up a notch with AMRAP.
Barre - This is a unique method of exercise that utilizes the most effective aspects of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength training while increasing your flexibility.
Beginner’s Spinning - Build stamina and strength in your Spinning. 80-100 rpms no hill, no jumps, just endurance. These spin classes are open to everyone but are modified to individuals who suffer Parkinson ’s disease.
BODYCOMBAT™ - A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
BODYPUMP™ - The original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
BODYVIVE™ - The low-impact, whole body group fitness workout that uses VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes and body weight to boost fitness and core strength.
TRX Boot Camp - Body weight exercises combined with the use of weights, kettlebells, balls, and bands on the pool deck will keep you moving both mentally and physically!
Cardio Fusion – A combination of 25 minutes of Spinning and 25 minutes of intervals on the treadmills in the fitness center. A unique way to spice up your cardio routine!
Cardio Mix - A fun combination of step, aerobics and other modes of exercise to make time go quickly.
Circuit - Improve your strength, cardio, and balance. This class is designed for the newer to fitness and those looking to get back into shape!
Core - Take the time to invest in your CORE! This 25 minute workout is designed to improve the strength of your abdominals and low back muscles, which in turn help in all moves you do throughout the day. A strong core also helps keep back pain away!
Family Fit - Family work out and education in a group setting with a trainer to guide you in form and function. Designed to challenge all levels of experience and ages using cables and free weights for strength training, along with cardio equipment and resistance machines for the total body workout!
Family Hard Core - A class for the whole Family looking to get Hard Core! Improve your strength, cardio, agility, speed, and endurance with a variety of exercises.
Gentle Stretch – We all know taking time to stretch is important, but we often neglect it! This 30 minute class will give you a guided stretch to keep the flexibility and movement in your body.
Gentle Yoga – Traditional yoga in a more relaxed flow to give you the same benefits but with less stress on the body.
Hard Core - A class for those looking to get Hard Core! Improve your strength, cardio, agility, speed and endurance with a variety of exercises.
H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) - Use plyometric moves to elevate the heart rate, followed by basic strength work done while the heart rate recovers. Come ready to work!
Kettlebells - A total body work out using your own body weight and kettlebells. Class changes each time to keep your muscle memory guessing!
Kickboxing - Learn the basics of punches, kicks and stance before advancing to hand-to-hand, padded contact with an instructor. Cardio-infused for a full body workout.
Lower Body Sculpt - A 30 min class, to target and strengthen your lower body. Combine on opposite days with upper Body Sculpt class for a full body work out.
Metabolic Intervals - Designed to increase your metabolism, this class will keep you going round after round. Exercises are set up for repetition to increase the heart rate and promote a metabolic boost.
Y-spine - This 30 minute class will focus on improving the strength and flexibility of the muscles that support your PERFECT posture!
Pilates – Exercises done to strengthen the core while incorporating breathing techniques and mental awareness. You will improve posture, flexibility and overall strength.
Power Sculpting – Very similar to Body Sculpting but some movements are done faster or in a more advanced way. Several body parts are often working in unison for a very efficient workout.
Power Yoga - Enhanced and powerful yoga poses utilizing breathing techniques for muscular endurance, flexibility, and relaxation. Yoga is defined as the “union of breath, body and spirit.
Qigong and Balance - Enjoy the benefits that involve a series of postures and exercises including slow, circular movements, regulated breathing, focused meditation, and self-massage. Improve your balance with the movements of Qigong!
Sculpting – Focus is on toning and strengthening muscles throughout the body using weights, tubing, stability balls, body weight, etc.
Spinning - The ultimate indoor cycling experience! Bring a water bottle and a towel to enjoy this challenging class.
Step – Choreographed patterns to keep you moving up and down off the step and make time sail by. The primary goal is cardiovascular conditioning.
Tai Chi – A mind-body practice that originated in China as a martial art. A person doing Tai Chi moves their body slowly and gently, while breathing deeply and focusing their energy and mind on the movements.

Yoga – Traditional yoga poses utilizing breathing techniques for muscular endurance, flexibility and relaxation. Yoga is defined as the “union of breath, body and spirit.”
Yoga Flow – Combines the traditional yoga moves so that they move fluidly from one position to the next.
Yoga Nidra - Brings an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight.
Zumba - Various music styles and dance moves from around the globe combine to create an atmosphere where the objective is fun and a cardiovascular workout too!
Aqua Boot Camp - Body weight exercises combined with the use of the pool and the pool deck will keep you moving both mentally and physically!
Deep Water - Classes are done in deep water where feet will not touch the bottom. Floating devices such as “noodles” are used for flotation assistance. While the water provides resistance for toning muscles, there is no impact from bouncing or jumping.
Shallow Water - Classes are done in water about chest level. While the water decreases impact to the joints, there is bouncing and jumping in the class.
Yoga Infused Water Aerobics – A water aerobics class that incorporates yoga principles and postures into the workout. You’ll get plenty of large movements to get an aerobic workout, with a mix of yoga to stretch the muscles and calm the soul.
