Chef Michael MacDougall, CCC

Executive Chef, Miromar Lakes Golf Club

Born in Dearborn Michigan in 1969, Michael MacDougall had an early introduction to food with frequent trips to the Eastern Market in Detroit with his father.  He learned to butcher fish at an early age as an angler.  After attending Michigan State University with a degree in The School of Hospitality Business he moved to Colorado and was chef  of many exquisite culinary establishments.

Since 2014 Mike has been the chef at Miromar Lakes Golf Club and an active member of the American Culinary Federation’s Caxambas Chapter.
